  • -Account Maintenance Certificate from the Bank: A document verifying that the account is active and maintained.
  • -Covering Letter from the Company: A letter stating the purpose of your travel, the company’s details, and the dates of the visit.
  • -Applicant’s Visiting Card: A business card to verify your professional association.
  • -Personal N.T.N. Copy: A copy of your National Tax Number (N.T.N.) certificate or a copy of your company’s tax -return for the last 3 years.

  • -Property Documents: A photocopy of property documents if the property is registered in your name.
  • Family Details
  • -Father/Mother’s name, date of birth, place of birth, and residency address.
  • -Sibling (brother/sister) complete details: Name, date of birth, place of birth, and current address.
